Binkys Cave

After having published 150 weekly Java Spotllight Pocasts and a number of blogs at blogs.oracle.com/binkyscave , this blog cannot really start with “Hello World” like most blogs. This blog will instead be a continuation of  the entries posted on java.net and blogs.oracle.com. That blog was a little more restrictive and strictly business where as here I’ll be able to discuss a number of issues…and besides that I’ve just completely remodeled the cave so it’s time to remodel the blog as well….SOOOOO…

I heartily welcome you to this blog!

I’ll mostly be blogging about my new work, but expect me to occasionally say something about Java, my travels/conferences around the world, community building, hickory golf (well I do have another site for that), and some more.

I’m starting a new job at Exact Target  on November 3, 2013 as Senior Developer Advocate and you’ll definitely hear about their technologies and products as well. I’d love to hear what else would you like me to blog about.
